Archon uses Grenadine to publish the convention schedule. You can view the schedule online or use the Grenadine mobile app to keep up with programming throughout the weekend.
How Programming Works During the Convention
Most panel and presentation events begin at the top of the hour and last approximately 50 minutes. A five-minute warning tone is typically used in the Gateway Center to help panels wrap up on time.
Events may be held at both the Gateway Convention Center and the DoubleTree Hotel, so be sure to check room locations when planning your schedule.
