Rate is $500 for a four-color back cover, if available (if not used by the AGoH); color covers will only be available for the at-con Program/Souvenir Book

Professional rate is $300 or Fan rate $200 for a B&W back cover, if available

Pro $225/Fan $125 for the inside back cover

Pro $200/Fan $100 for a full inside page (8.5" x 11", less margins)

Pro $100/Fan $50 1/2 page horizontal (8.5" x 5.5", less margins)

Pro $110/Fan $55 1/2 page vertical (4.25" x 11", less margins)

Pro $60/Fan $30 for 1/4 page horizontal (8.5" by 2.75", less margins)

Pro $70/Fan $35 for 1/4 page vertical (4.25" by 5.5", less margins)

Fan-only noncommercial business-card size ads are $10

Submission Details:

The Archon program book is compiled and assembled in Quark Express 4 on the PC/Windows platform.

All ad copy can be sent via the Internet or snail mail (addresses below). Electronic submissions are preferred. Print-ready ads, photos or artwork should be scanned at 100%, 150 dpi in grayscale. Copy for ads can be in .txt, .doc or other popular word processing formats. Do not worry about fonts or formatting. We will take care of this to fit our needs. We have full scanning capabilities, including OCR for text. Any materials you wish returned should be marked as such and will be returned after the convention.

All electronic submissions need to be uploaded to host ftp.artczar.org, using the FTP client of your choice.
The username is depository@artczar.org and the password is granted07.
Once your files are uploaded, please send email to notify John Sies, Layout Guru, of your submission. You will receive a reply email confirming your upload.

Hardcopy submissions should be sent to : Archon Program Book, c/o John Sies, 10 Highview Dr., Jacksonville, IL  62650.

Deadlines:

All progress report ad copy must be received by the following dates:

   PR#1 - 10 May 2006 - Mail approximately 1 Jul 2006

   PR#2 - 15 Nov 2006 - Mail approximately 1 Dec 2006

   PR#3 - TBD - Mail approximately [TBD]

   PR#4 - [Optional Progress Report, if needed - TBD]

   All Program/Souvenir Book ad copy must be received by June 1, 2007.

Anything received after the indicated dates may not make it into the printing. Special arrangements/exceptions can be discussed with John Sies via email.
