The Program Book will be 8.5" x 11", tentatively with a four-color

Submission Details:
The
Archon program book is compiled and assembled in Quark Express 4 on the
PC platform.
All ads, bios and copy can be sent via the Internet or snail mail (addresses
below). Electronic submissions are preferred. Print-ready ads, photos
or artwork should be scanned at 100%, 150 dpi in greyscale. Copy for bios
or articles can be in .txt, .doc or other popular wordprocessing formats.
Do not worry about fonts or formatting. We will take care of this to fit
our needs. We have full scanning capabilities, including OCR for text.
Any materials you wish returned should be marked so and will be sent out
after Archon.
All electronic submissions need to be uploaded to: ftp://ftp.artczar.org/incoming/
Once you enter that page, open your folder containing your files and drag
& drop or copy & paste the files to the browser window. They will
automatically upload to the online folder. (This works with Internet Explorer,
not Firefox - sorry). Once your files are uploaded, please send an email
to: programbook@archonstl.org to notify John
Sies, Layout Guru of your submission. You will receive a reply email confirming
your upload.
Hardcopy
submissions should be sent to : Archon
Program Book, c/o John Sies, 10 Highview Dr., Jacksonville, IL 62650.
All
ads, bios and copy must be received by August 1, 2006. Any information
received after that date may not make it into the final program book printing.
