ARCHON 20 MINIATURE CONTEST RULES

ARCHON 20 miniature contest is located in the Convention Center in the same room as the art show. Entries must be turned in by 3pm Saturday Oct. 5, 1996.

1. All participants must have a ARCHON 20 con badge to enter.

2. Figures may not be larger than a 12oz soft drink can. The exceptions to this rule is Dragons may be up to 15" high and Dioramas.

3. Entry Fees:

.. Figure the size of a 12oz soft drink can: $ .50

.. Large dragons and dioramas : $1.00

4. Novice painters must be 16 years or under and painting less than 6 months.

5. All participants will be given a receipt for each entry. Receipt must be presented to pick up entry.

6. JUDGES DECISIONS ARE FINAL

7. We are not responsible for damaged/lost entries. All care will be taken during judging, display, and return of entry.

8. Judging will be done Saturday 4-6pm. Winners will be announced at Masquerade Saturday night. Figures may be picked up Sunday 10-3pm. Figures that are not picked up become the property of contest director.

9. Trophies and Certificates will be awarded in the following categories:

DRAGONS           MONSTERS         SCI/FI
FANTASY           HISTORICAL       DIORAMAS
NOVICE            MASTERS(previous first place ARCHON miniature winners.
