CONVENTION HOTEL

UPDATE 09-02-2008: The Holiday Inn was officially purchased over the weekend and is no longer a Holiday Inn. They are now "Hotel Collinsville". Renovations will begin on the hotel after Archon and it will become a DoubleTree Hotel next year.

UPDATE 09-04-2008: We have been notified that Hotel Collinsville is pretty much full. If you still need rooms, please contact them to see if any cancellations have made any rooms available. Or contact any of the other hotels that are near by for available rooms.

PARTIES: The ground-floor wing leading to the indoor pool will be blocked as the dedicated party wing (partiers should let both the hotel and the Archon committee know if they plan to host a party, so we can guarantee a room in that section. NO parties will be allowed on other floors.

NOTE: If your party causes damage to your room, you will be billed for all damages. Also note that if you plan to attach anything to the walls, floor, or ceiling inside or outside of your room, you must visit the front desk and get their approval first (Hint: Use Blu-Tac/Hobby Tack/equivalent, not tape).
