Hold an Archon Sponsored Room Party!

To encourage room parties at Archon, we are beginning a new sponsored room party program.

Simply fill out the sponsored room party application below and submit it via e-mail or snail mail prior to the con, or at Con HQ during the convention. Keep in mind that you must already have a room reserved in the Holiday Inn on the party floor to be eligible.

Archon will help out by supplying up to 50lbs of ice per party and generic flyers you can fill out and post to advertise your party. You must have a plastic liner to keep ice in the hotel bath tubs (heavy duty trashbags are acceptable). We will have a limited list of emergency supplies you can borrow if necessary, and as available; these supplies will be loaned out on a first come/first served basis.

If you get your registration form (below) to us prior to September 1, 1998, your party will also be listed in our pocket program. All sponsored parties will be eligible for Best Party prizes. Prizes will be awarded in several categories including, but not limited to: Best Theme Party, Best Party Drink, and Best Fan Group Party.

If you have any questions, please contact Mary Stadter at: mstadter@archonstl.org, or via the Archon 22 PO Box.
